I first heard about Idle Hands Bread Company months ago via a friend who lives right around the corner from the bakery on Strawberry Street. I have to hand it to Idle Hands, they have great branding. Each of their pastries comes in a brown paper bag with their logo, which includes two hands shaking on it.
I don’t remember the exact first time I visited, but I decided I had to try this place out. It’s styled like a café that just opened and may still be renovating with chalkboard menus, a few seats by a sidewalk window that reads “BOULANGERIE,” and a display case full of croissants and Danishes.
